Policy and returns!

Returns: Items can be returned within 10 days of shipping date for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. Items also must be unworn, if tags are not attached, or the items have been washed or worn, it will be sent back to you and no exchange or store credit will be applied.

 

• If you wish to return, we are not responsible for shipping charges for sending the item back.

 

• If item(s) are damaged upon arrival, please email us and we can work together to resolve the issue. But You are responsible for shipping. 

 

Cancellations: No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed and paid for. Due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them.

•invoices will be open for 24 hours only!! 
you have 25 hours to pay your invoice. 
•holds will also be 24 hours. 
Once 24 hours is up I will not contact you to pay, I will simply cancel you invoice and move on to next person who wants

 

Personalized/Custom Items: Due to the nature of custom or personalized items which are made to order and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there will be zero returns on custom or personalized items. Make sure all spelling is correct when you confirm with us.

*Cup- All cups are made to order, they are custom made with tons of care and hard work. They may have small imperfections, we are human.

•cups take a mini of 1.5 weeks to be completely done and ready to use. Epoxy takes 3 full days to fully cure after cup is completely done! 
Cups will take between 1.5-4 weeks (just depends on how many orders I have.) 

•CUSTOM CUPS- I will email or notify you throughout your cup process to make sure it’s completely how you want it. 
if you order a cup off website. That indicates you want  non custom cup. 

*i will not copy someone else’s work. If you send a picture saying you want that. We can do a similar but change a few details or font! No cup will every be the exact same as the last. If you order two of the same cups,  there will be smallest of differences. 

All cups have 30 day warranty which includes drops, cracks, peeling, chips, bugs, or hair had been sealed in the epoxy. ( we do miss small things)

After 30 days cups are charged $20 each time it comes back to be fixed in any way.

*once I have confirmed your cup order, you may not alter in any way.

*Shirts- Shirts made with HTV or Screen print have a 2 week warranty which includes peels and cracks.

•shirts have up to 2 week turn around time.  If I email or notify you of a problem. Such as shirt size or style is not available. I have few suppliers of shirts I get from. Sometimes they are high in demand and they run out. 
• I order shirts, prints and whatever I need in Friday’s!

‼️New rule that will take effect Friday February 5th‼️
If you choose pick up, you have one week to pick up your items! If not picked up I will message, text, email stating you need to pick up your items. Then if you do not pick them up in time frame of 2 weeks, you HAVE to pay shipping! Shipping starts at $3.50 If you do not pay shipping with in one week, your items will be put back in inventory!

Now if you order and it’s ready then order something else and ask me to hold your first order till your next order is ready, that is fine I can do that!
If you are out of town or not coming to the area for couple days anything. Just get ahold of me!

Also I Do Not Meet! Only pick up or ship!
If I am going to an event and you’d like to come pick up there let me know and I can bring it!

I don’t have room to wait months for you to pick up your orders. I have enough shit i hoard of my own 😂
 

 

~~~ All cups and shirts come with a CARE CARD. Follow the directions for best long lasting results!

If you did not receive a care card or lost care card email us and we will get one sent to you!!~~~~~

 

Shipping:  Once items are dropped at the post office we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, stolen etc. please contact your local post office for further directions 

• Please make sure that your address is correct on your account as that is the address we ship to. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address.
